Backlog G'raha Tia Scion Reborn and Profane tutor

I was in solitaire mode playtesting and turn 4 I cast G'raha Tia Scion Reborn then next turn suspend Profane Tutor. Two turns later the second time counter is removed from profane tutor and I attempt to cast it without paying is mana cost G'raha Tia triggers and then the game resets shuffles all cards back into the deck and gives me a new hand and puts G'raha Tia back in the command zone.

At 8:57 AM I tried this in a game and I got this message "Sorry, Magic Online has encountered an error. The system will attempt to replay its last known stable state and retry the last action. If the replay is unsuccessful, a new game will be started."
