Confirmed Glimpse of Tomorrow not counting tokens for its shuffle effect

As stated in the title, Glimpse of Tomorrow doesn't count tokens that are shuffled into the deck for permanents it should be putting onto the board.

Daybreak please fix, there's a wicked Penny Dreadful deck that can't exist without glimpse of tomorrow. Here's a video of an example scenario:
