In Progress Game restarted when untapping mana

Today during the last match with my vintage cube deck I untapped mana while casting a spell and it restarted the game. This happened like 3 times and I only realized that the untapping of lands while trying to pay for a spell could be the cause.

Can confirm, game crashed when trying to undo the Command Tower tapped to cast Solve the Equation when in the payment prompt.
