Could Not Reproduce Game log arbitrarily stops auto scrolling

I'm not sure what caused this but recently I've noticed the game log will stop auto scrolling for no apparent reason. Manually dragging the log down will start it auto scrolling again, but it tends to stop again if it stops auto scrolling once.

Testing applied: Over multiple Duel and Multiplayer matches, scrolling through the Log window and leaving it at different places.
Test Results: When the Log window is scrolled all the way down, it consistently kept scrolling automatically with new information being prompted in the Log.

I can't reproduce this with any consistency, but sporadically the log stops in solitaire games as well.
