I discovered in dual commander when I played 2 friends forever commanders. At the start of the game I have the option to cast either commander, but once I cast one of them I am unable to cast the other for the rest of the game. https://ibb.co/bm4Xrm3
I cannot find that in the rules that partners function differently in dc. Can you point me to it?
