Was playing a game recently and an opponent cast a Finale of Devastation into an on board Opposition Agent. The Opposition Agent worked correctly earlier in the game, but it didn't catch the Finale, which did put a creature from their deck into play.
If I were to speculate on what went wrong here I would guess it would be the coding that has Finale ask you if you are fetching from a graveyard before it opens your deck up to search from there.
