The Extended Art version of Amphibian Downpour looks the exact same as the regular version. It is not extended art like it's supposed to be. Check the Collection. Game ID is irrelevant.
in the future please attach a screen shots videos or something to prove what you are reporting.

It dissuades me from wanting to report bugs for my word to not be enough to report a bug
As much as we would like to take your word on the subject we have no way to verify what you are talking about. Screenshots/videos or game ID's help us troubleshoot if it is in fact a bug or not. If you do not want to report bugs that is your prerogative but you still must follow the posting guidelines found here https://forums.mtgo.com/index.php?threads/how-to-report-and-upvote-bugs-and-exploits.1739/ for bugs or you risk your report not being valid and being removed.

You may want to look at it from the dev's perspective in how it's much easier to start looking into a potential problem if you give them as much info as possible to start with. A lot of bugs do tend to be better seen in a screenshot in addition to describing your problem vs solely described.

Perhaps my advice isn't something you're open to hearing, but I just think it'd be better to encourage more bugs being reported, as I see bug reporting as a courtesy by the player for the benefit of the company. If someone reports bugs that don't actually exist, that player should be banned from bug reporting, and if a player has a perfect track record of reporting multiple legitimate bugs in a row, that player should have their reports respected at face value. Discouraging players who only report legitimate bugs due to the incompetence of other players filing false reports doesn't seem to work towards the goal of fixing as many bugs as possible. If I report 5 bugs and all of them are real, why can't you believe me for the 6th one? Pardon me if this line of discussion is not allowed here. I will probably stop reporting bugs in the future, which I think is to the detriment of the game.

I mean I would argue it's in our best interest as players if a card we want to play is bugged to report that bug. None of us are God's gift to Daybreak in terms of reporting bugs, and it seems completely reasonable if you're reporting a visual display bug to attach a quick screenshot.

I wouldn't say anyone should be banned on the forums for false reporting, I would say a good chunk of the reports that do come in are just from people not understanding rules interactions and there is no malicious intent involved. It's a chance to explain the interaction, and then file that report away as not a bug.
