Fixed ETB Tokens Sac'd with Myriad

I just had a game with Duke Ulder Ravengard giving Regal Caracal haste and myriad with his trigger. Caracal attacked with myriad and made a copy, plus two ETB 1/1 cat tokens. At the end of combat, the myriad token was exiled correctly, but the two 1/1 Cat tokens the copy made on ETB got incorrectly removed as well.

Likely related. In this case the cat tokens aren't a copies of caracal -- not sure if that matters to mtgo.

If I had to guess modo sees them as tokens made from a source with Myriad, and is incorrectly killing off all of the tokens instead of just the tokens made from the myriad ability.

same thing happens with Roxanne's meteor tokens if she has myriad.
