Resolved/Answered Error message: "Unable to join queue. Current match pending." But it's not true

Hello everyone,

yesterday while I was playing a pauper game (#910711162), MTGO stopped working: after a few minutes of my opponent doing nothing (at least, that's what I thought) I tried to write something in the chat and realised that MTGo wasn't working. So I quit MTGO and restarted it. However, the log in failed and a message appeared saying that I was not connected (but my internet connection was working fine). Later, I tried logging in again and it worked, I saw that the league was still on the record from before I started this match (2 wins, 0 losses) and in the game history the match I had started was marked as 0-0-1. This morning I tried to finish the league but I can't, if I click ‘Play League Match’ I get this error
‘Unable to join queue. Current match pending. Please wait a moment before attempting to join the queue. If the problem persists please contact Game Support for assistance. To do so, File a ticket at [a:url=https://help.mtgo.com/hc/en-us]https://help.mtgo.com/hc/en-us[/a]’.

How can I solve the problem?

Thank you very much!

Who should I contact?

Same for me. I am stuck in aetherdraft league.
ticket number ist 131801.

Here my original message:
I started a league game (aetherdrift draft league) and somehow got disconnected after game 1. I couldnt reenter MTGO for about 15 minutes. (that was a MTGO specific issue, because my connection was fine). When I reentered, my match count was at 0. If I press the "play-button", I get the following message:

Unable to join queue. Current match pending. Please wait a moment before attempting to join the queue. If the problem persists please contact Game Support for assistance. To do so, File a ticket at [a:url=https://help.mtgo.com/hc/en-us]https://help.mtgo.com/hc/en-us[/a]

I tried again and again to play, but the message persists.
Please fix this as soon as possible, so that I can continue playing my league games. Thank you!

Or send me a refund that i can drop from league and i can reenter.

A fix has now been deployed to resolve the error when attempting to trade cards. Matches getting stuck and not allowing players to queue has also been addressed. If you are still experiencing issues, please log a ticket via http://help.mtgo.com.
