Confirmed Eris cost reduction broken

Eris, roar of the storm ( at least in command zone} always costs 10 and no longer reduces the cost making it an unplayable commander

I was about to say Eris, Roar of the Storm performs as expected in testing, but I tested again in the regular commander room to make sure, and in that room Eris, Roar of the Storm does indeed not perform as expected.
