Teferi, time raveler cause problem with ephemerate rebound

Teferi cause problem with ephemerate rebound, with him on the battlefield I can't use the rebound. I've tested with and without it as you can see in the screenshot below

In the third screen I can cast ephemerate, the outline of the card is illuminated

In the screenshot of live gameplay it looks like you don't have your exiled zone open to be able to click on the Ephemerate the prompt is waiting for.

In solitaire you are your own opponent which causes the static ability on Teferi, Time Raveler to be applied to you, where in a normal game your own Teferi, Time Raveler would not have a similar effect on yourself.
