In the past few leagues I've played. I had an unreproducible bug with the card Entomb.
After casting it the library search window opens up, and then quickly and abruptly a random card is selected. I tried playing a 1 person match to reproduce but can't do it. I have the game ID where it happens relatively fast on opponents turn 1 after they cast Chalice of the Void. You can see Bloodstained Mire goes to the graveyard instead of a big creature. It wasn't a mislick I didn't even click in the first place.
