Backlog Enchantment Alteration STILL Doesn't Work

Just bought 4 copies for my pauper sideboard, and when I finally got the chanse to use it, I couldn't -- it was uncastable, as if it didn't have a legal target!

I see several older threads about this card on the MTGO forum...no updates to this issue? It's still on the backlog for getting fixed?

I found 2 older threads on this card, and each only has one Upvote. If you don't Upvote one (or both) of them, it's not going to get any higher on the Fix list.
