In Progress Emrakul searching library bug

Hi,

I have taken control of my opponent with Emrakul, the Promised End in this game
I have ghost quartered their land and intended to fail to find, however repeatedly clicking "OK" did not close the search window.
I have re-started MTGO but that did not help. I could also use the in-game chat to communicate with my opponent, so the connection was working.
In the end I lost due to inactivity - this was in a Modern friendly league.
I do have a screengrab video as well, just the server did not let me upload as it was too large

I've had that happen a couple of times before, too. The window doesn't close until the next game starts. The only way I've found to deal with it is grab the little white arrow in the lower right corner of the window, and drag it almost all the way to the upper left corner, leaving the window just big enough to grab the title bar and move it to an out-of-the-way place on the screen. The problem should be gone when your next game starts. Not an ideal solution, but the best I've found so far. (As an upside, if it's your opponent's library, you'll be able to peek at it the rest of the game.)

Happened to me yesterday, off a fetch ability while taking their turn with Emrakul. Saw opponent's library (and they, incidentally, actually didn't have any targets anyway XD) and was stuck in a 'press okay' loop. Restarting the connection didn't work for me either. Didn't know about the window hack tho!

Edit: seems to be part of a wider mechanical search/library issue:

This just happened to me during the finals of a challenge, would have timed out if my opponent didn't scoop. Emrakul, the Promised End is EXTREMELY buggy right now. It also lets you search you're opponent's sideboard with Karn, the Great Creator during the turn control. It doesn't allow you to continue the game unless you pick an artifact from their sideboard (which it lets you see).

Just had a game where my opponent used my karn to search my sideboard for damping sphere cause me to not be able to cast my emrakul the next turn. losing me the game. game ID 940292272
