Implemented Edge of Eternities - Swiss Draft - Single Elimination, Swiss Prizes and Entry Fee

The Edge of Eternities Swiss Draft queue is not configured correctly. It has the single elimination structure but the entry fee and prizes of the Swiss draft format. Worst of both worlds. I really want a non-league non-single elimination Draft option back.
