This affects Compulsive Research. I'm not sure if it affects other similar cards, but probably.
To see the bug, draw with Compulsive Research with cards with Dredge in your graveyard. Choose to replace some or all of the draws with dredging. You will be prompted to choose whether to discard a land or two cards. But after choosing you discard no cards. The bug will only occur if, after drawing and/or dredging 3 cards, the player ends up with at least one land card in their hand.
