Confirmed Drawn Card Upside Down

On the seventh turn of my recent commander open play match #274735363 game#901987256, all players next drawn card was upside down. No on battlefield effects should have created this state, but it did occur. My upside down drawn card was a land, which I was able to play. This state continued even after a board wipe.
