(I was given a reimbursement for this, which is appreciated).
My game froze during sideboarding. The timer ticked down to 0, then nothing happened. Client was responsive except the game was not starting. After a few minutes I restarted MTGO. When I restarted the client it took a long time to load in, and no game was popped up (which normally happens if you restart the client during a game/match). By the time the client had loaded I had timed out (apparently, I didn't think it had taken 10 minutes).
