Not A Bug did not receive play points after vintage cube draft

i went 2-1 yesterday and received the 100 play points notification however i logged in today and they were gone, is it possible to help and get them back?

Please send a ticket to customer support at help.mtgo.com Login the exact same as you do the client, then click Submit a request in the upper right corner of the webpage to get to the help form.
