In Progress Dennick, Pious Apparition and Crawling Infestation triggering when it should not.

On Magic Online, if my opponent controls a Grizzly Bears and I control a Dennick, Pious Apparition, and I cast Wrath of God, I get a trigger to investigate, but this seems to violate CR 603.10a+603.6c.
Here's the mtg rules manager stating that Dennick should not create a token in this situation: https://x.com/Dunkatog/status/1799194905715347918

Abilities that trigger when a card is put into the graveyard from anywhere are not leaves-the-battlefield abilities, so they do not look back in time. Therefore, if a card with an ability that triggers when a card is put into the graveyard from anywhere (such as Dennick or Crawling Infestation) leave the battlefield simultaneously with other cards, they should not trigger. This is due to rules 603.10a and 603.6c in the comprehensive rules. I have gotten confirmation from the Magic rules manager that this is how these cards work (https://x.com/Dunkatog/status/1799194905715347918). Despite this, if Dennick, Pious Apparition or Crawling Infestation leave the battlefield at the same time as a creature is put into the graveyard (such as both being destroyed by an Hour of Revelation), their "from anywhere" abilities do trigger, even though they should not. Last time I posted about this it got marked as "not a bug/intended feature/no fix", but again, I have even received confirmation from the rules manager on this.
