Deckbuilding: 'Add 1 to deck' always an available option on right-click

As someone who is building a deck, I would like the option of "Add 1 to deck" to be an available option at all times in the deck construction area when right clicking a card, so that I do not have to search for the card name in the search box when constructing a new deck with cards I do not yet own.

Currently, the option shows in the right-click dropdown if:
a) you have searched for the card using the search box or
b) you own one of the cards already
