Not A Bug Deathtouch hits Arcades

Have a look, both Sargatanas and I cannot figure out what happened, the only thing I can think of (which would be a new thing to have learned after 20 years of playing) would be a ground creature cannot fight a flying creature? But if that's the case then how was the Oakhame Adversary able to target Arcades with the Prey Upon in the first place?

Anybody got a clue or is this just a temp or random glitch?

A creature having flying or not doesn't come into play when it comes to Prey Upon making Oakhame Adversary fight either Arcades, the Strategist or Arcades Sabboth. End result of this interaction should be that both Oakhame Adversary and Acades both die.
