Probably not a priority, since this card see's next to no play, but dash hopes does not function like it should. Opponent cast Thassa's Oracle with 3 life, I responded with Dash Hopes targeting Thassa's Oracle, opponent responds with Angel's Grace and goes to -2 with Thassa's Oracle resolving. Thassa'a Oracle should not have resolved since opponent could not pay 5 life. I suspect the system treats Dash Hopes as a lose of life, not a payment of life.
