Does it usually take 24+ hours for customer support to reach out after submitting a ticket? If so that seems kinda crazy.

I can see where it could when they're receiving hundreds of tickets at a time, such as when almost all Leagues and Tournaments froze or crashed simultaneously.

Well possibly you know, im new to MTGO and the email for my authentication emails arent going to my email, am I not able to change the email on their website?
- I've checked spam
- Verified my email address is the one I'm checking
- applied MFA to my app but the account only wants the one from the email.

How is this done, I see nothing I can access on the MTGO app and mtgo.com I don't see anywhere I can change my account information.
