"Critical Error" Even After Multiple reinstalls

Good afternoon!

For the last 3 weeks, I have been unable to access MTGO on my laptop computer specifically. I can still log into my account on my other machines.

When I try to log in on my laptop, I get "Critical Error" and then choose to send the bug report each time. Even after uninstalling/reinstalling MTGO, the error persists. It seems to be attached to my account somehow.

Please let me know if this error can be resolved as I would like to continue accessing MTGO on my laptop.
