My opponent drew for turn to 0 cards in deck. I then cast two spells in their draw step to trigger their ledger shredder. The connive trigger is not optional and should have killed them due to drawing with 0 cards in deck. The trigger went on the stack but then nothing happened. They didn't lose and they didn't discard anything.
