Resolved Companions in 99 cause "A Commander deck may have exactly one companion" error

Can't enter game due to bug

I created a 4C deck with Keruga companion and Gyruda and Yorion in the main. The deck has the yellow ! triangle saying "A Commander deck may have exactly one companion". Only Keruga is in the Command zone. Removing Keruga does not cause the warning to disappear.
