Resolved Commander's insignia bugged during commander gauntlet

During a game of Commander gauntlet my opponenets Commanders Insignia seemed bugged. It appeared to be giving all of their creatures +1/+1 for each spell cast in the game instead of each time their commander was cast, resulting in giant creatures despite only having casted his commander once.

Hopefully since this bug effects one of the decks available in the Commander Gauntlet it will be fixed soon.
