Play points to enter are 40, but the payout is 100, so if you colude with another player so you each take out one other player and then trade who wins and get positive 20 play points. I think the payout should only be 60-80 play points so it's net even or a loss with coluding.

Colluding players can take turns winning over a long period of gaming and get the same effect. I don't think reducing payout helps to avoid players colluding, though. It just seems like something that would always be done in this sort of setup. And they are probably not farming play points and treasure chests as much as they are doing it because they want to win.
I think reducing payout is a horrible solution. 160 play points are going in and 100 play points and a treasure chest are coming out. Worsening the deal for players hurts honest players as well.
