Backlog Chromatic Star draw ability not triggering again after ctrl+z

I sacrificed Chromatic Star as a part of cost to cast True-Name Nemesis, but before I finished paying 1UU, I decided it's not what I want to do with my turn, so I used CTRL+Z while the Star's ability was on the stack as it hit the graveyard. Star was returned to play and it's draw ability was removed from the stack, but it never triggered again when the Star was succesfully put into the graveyard, so I never drew a card from it.

Can confirm from solitaire testing that if you crack the Chromatic Star during paying costs, then undo that action, you will not draw a card if you then crack the star again while paying costs.
