Resolved Cards that should go on the bottom of library are staying on top

Cards that look at the top x cards of the library and put "the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order" are instead leaving them on the top of the library. Pillage the Bog and Memory Deluge are confirmed examples. Note the MTGO instructions at the left in the screenshots incorrectly saying to put the rest on top of the library.

Similar issue, though not as egregious: In Singleton decks, I will frequently mulligan a card (to the bottom, ostensibly), only to have it be the first card I draw, with no shuffling having taken place. Doesn't happen all the time, but often enough to be noticeable.

But your issue is repeatable, and can therefore be an exploitable bug. I'd say it needs to be fixed post-haste, despite the fact it has never affected me (that I know of).

If that is happening in singleton, it’s a serious problem that def needs to be fixed. Pls snag a few screenshots next time that happens to you!

Pillage the Bog (and Memory Deluge) put cards back on top of your deck instead of on the bottom of your library like they should.

This bug does not work on Niv-Mizzet Reborn or Impulse (as far as I have tested).

In the linked game I see Roxanne (a 1-of tutor target) in my first Pillage and then see it among the available cards for my second Pillage. I also see the basic Island in my deck (another 1-of tutor target) among the available cards and then draw it as my card for the turn the turn after casting my first Pillage. I end up losing this match due to this bug since I planned to find a Bring to Light off my second Pillage!
