More Info Needed Cards Missing From Collection

Hello,

I submitted a ticket about this, but support just told me to make a forum post and see if anyone on here knows anything (which is top tier support btw).

I was playing modern with my boros burn deck two nights ago when after a few matches, I got a connectivity loss error message that forced me out of the game and made me sign out. Yesterday, I reinstalled the client and signed back in to find a large portion of my collection gone. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the client several times to no avail. I never trade away cards, so I have no idea how this happened.

I've seen I'm not the first person to report this problem before, but I'm so lost as to how this happened. It looks like some of my data has just been wiped, but not all of it (my deck lists, friend lists, and avatar are all there, but my game history and all the cards I bought are gone). I have no idea how to fix this, but I just really don't want to have to buy all my cards again.

Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated.
