Hello, in a commander game with some friends we noticed that a few bugs came up after Breena, the Demagogue ability came into play, we all started to draw cards face down, then a goaded creature from Rendmaw that had to attack into a player that had a sphere of safety effect on the field wasn't able to pay for the attack cost was locked out of doing anything due to having to attack but not having the mana then his creatures were stuck in a perpetual state of attacking. Then one player conceded with a mana flare in play, and after he conceded his board was still affecting the game including the Mana Flare

Couldn't get Breena, the Demagogue to draw face down cards in testing, but when trying to end the test game someone conceding did cause the game to restart.
