Could Not Reproduce can't use chat

in almost every game. at some point randomly and for an extended amount of time that can cross between matches i am unable to send chat messages in cedh games. i can type in the chat box but the send button stays greyed out and neither enter nor clicking will send. this has lost me many many games because i am unable to diplo with my opponents but its something on my interface so its hard to show in a bug report or event reinbursment

It hasn't effected me in a while, but I used to encounter this problem too. Chat would work fine right up until the send button greyed out, and I would be unable to send messages until I restarted the client.

Not sure if this is related, but I've had plenty of times when trying to join available games in the Open Play queues that all the Play buttons are greyed out in every format. I have to restart the client to continue playing. Again, not sure what causes this, but it sounds similar.

Some of my commander buddies have had that happen to them before. We'll finish up a game, and when I toss the next game up I'll have to take it down for a buddy to restart their client when they find themselves unable to join the new game.

This is very hard for us to repo even with a game ID as it wont show us what your client is done. This sounds like a client problem not a bug. I would recommend logging a case with help.mtgo.com with this problem so they can try to help resolve this issues. I would also recommend a clean install.

Joining games is different than what this post was related. I will give this post to our CS team for review. This thread is being closed as could not be reproduced.
