Could Not Reproduce Can't speak in chat

Again, yes I totally get the irony of me bringing this up but since we can't fully block chat, I just gave in and accepted it.

That aside, this is a problem I run into constantly. More often than not even, the send button in chat will be greyed for me preventing me from actually saying anything in chat. And it goes on and off randomly throughout the game. It'll be white and I'll be able to talk in brief intervals if I type fast but at any moment it may go grey again preventing me from responding or saying anything.

I'd LOVE if we could make this bug a feature and like whatever "bug" is making this happen could be implemented as an actual option we can click so that if I choose "allow chat from only buddies" we both would have a greyed button if I was playing someone not on my buddy list AND we could have it so that if you didn't have that option clicked, you would be able to use the chat feature.

But yeah, the "send" button in chat is almost always grey for me.

Maybe a month or two ago. I was most definitely having this same issue for awhile now though even before reinstalling. What stinks is it's likely gonna be another "Cannot Reproduce" thing as it doesn't always happen for me. It does happen fairly often, more often than the modal cards not working bug but maybe im just noticing it more since obvsy chat is something I see in nearly every game where as Im not always casting a modal card.

If it helps any in resolving/understanding where the bug might be coming from, I do often find BOTH these things happen at once. Like if modal cards can't be cast and the "cast" is greyed, it's often the case that chat is also not working cause "send" is greyed.

I can def type stuff but pressing enter or clicking send will do nothing if it's greyed like that.
