Can I Report Players For Intentionally Timing Out When They're Losing?

Like obviously I get there's always some slim chance they just happen to randomly lose connection or have some emergency the exact second you play some card they don't like or they realize they're losing but I feel pretty safe in assuming that like 99% of the time people are doing this, its because they're kinda "rage stalling" and refuse to just concede so they time out instead.

On the rare occasion I have chat open, i've had multiple players say stuff like "Now im gonna make you wait forever!" or some silly stuff like that, as if I can't just let them do their thing and start another game.

But that being said, is the a reportable offense or is it more the sort of thing where if multiple players block them and leave a note like "This player times out when they're losing" then they might get some kinda infraction?

Either way is fine, I guess I'm more just sort of trying to bring it to other's attention how often this happens. I use to only notice it more in Modern but now im seeing it fairly often in Commander as well.

I definitely report people who let themselves time out instead of conceding, but I don't tend to report people if they lose connection at a point in the game where it wouldn't make sense for them to have been reasonably salty. At the point where they're leaving comments saying they're doing it on purpose, I'd send screenshots of those in along with the log showing they timed out in my ticket to support.

in commander game, if someone is doing this you can kick them from the game with "/eject"
This is definitely true, but a lot of newer modo players don't know the /eject command exists. By the time the table starts to suspect the person isn't coming back, and then you explain the /eject command to someone the person who walked away usually times out naturally.
