Cacophany Scamp trigger fails (sometimes)

If you use skirk prospector to sacrifice Cacophany Scamp for paying a mana cost, like the activated ability of Battlecry Goblin, and use CTRL+Z to reverse the sacrifice for mana it removes the greyed out trigger from being added to the stack as per normal. Then if you sacrifice the same Cacophany Scamp the death trigger is not added to the stack at all.

For someone who is hesitant to sacrifice their creatures, and/or waffles a lot this means that the trigger can get missed a lot. This has effectively thrown games for me or made them a lot harder to win. Hopefully it is easy to resolve.

After some testing in solo games the same death trigger is missed by Fireblade Charger in the same scenario, however not for other death triggers like Rundvelt Hordemaster.
