Could Not Reproduce Bug : My lands disapeared

Hello, I was playing my first game in the phantom Super Jump! League. I had 4-5 islands disapear during my opponent's turn neither me or him knew what happened. They didnt go in my graveyard or my exile zone. Let me know if you have an issue seeing the screenshot, I did not remove my second screen from it as I did not want to modify the picture.

Edit : The island in play was played after the bug occured.

Hello, I thank you for your answer, is there any reason this would have happened for game reasons ? Could it be a problem on my end? Why did my opponent see and mention it?
Does your inability to reproduce the situation mean it didnt happen? How does MTGO usually deal with those kind of situation?
Sorry, its my first time reporting a bug and I'm curious about the process.

  1. is there any reason this would have happened for game reasons?
    1. It is unclear why it happened when we do testing we run through about 50+ games to make sure we can test all methods of the bug being reported.
  2. Could it be a problem on my end?
    1. This could be the case yes but as we were not in game with you at the time it is hard for us to determine the cause.
  3. Why did my opponent see and mention it?
    1. See point above.
  4. Does your inability to reproduce the situation mean it didnt happen?
    1. No this means its not a bug but a glitch or something else not related to the client.
  5. How does MTGO usually deal with those kind of situation?
    1. the way we are handling it now is how we typically deal with it. If we can reproduce it or get more reports of the same issue then we can do something about it. As this was not reproduceable we and there are no other bug reports there is nothing more we can do with this case at this time.
