Bug? Can´t Trade and some cards missing?

Hello,
First of all I have not been online very much the past years and for some reason my account does not have access to trading and some cards seems to be missing from my collection.

I just purchased a subscription at ManaTraders for 90$ per month and would like to have my this resolved. This is unreal and extremely frustrating.
Fix this so that I can pick take my cards that I am renting.

And please do so now!

I have not been logged in for a year or so, I don´t know why you would decide to remove my Trading Access without even contacting me.
Please resolve this quickly, I have some rented cards to pick up and I am unable to do so now....

What is the estimated timeframe for this to be resolved?. I´ve spent a lot of money on MTGO and all of my payments have cleared without any problem so I dont see a reason for you to revoke my trading access.

How were you able to add yourself as a Buddy? Could that be confusing authorization?

I am not sure, it will depend on the ticket load they have as well as what investigation is needed into your particular issue.
