In round 1 game 1 of a Vintage Cube league, my opponent was at 9 after I attacked with Broadside Bombardiers and a Boo token that was a 7/7. I had Atraxa, Grand Unifier on the field and clicked the Bombardiers to activate its ability to attempt to deal 9 damage to my opponent by sacrificing Atraxa. When I clicked my opponent and then Atraxa, the Atraxa went to the graveyard and the game log said it was removed from the stack because there was no legal target and that I had attempted to use the ability on Atraxa and not my opponent. I ended up winning game 2 and losing game 3 to lose the match instead of winning due to this.

The log shows that you misclicked and accidentally targeted Atraxa as the target of the ability. The ability was removed from the stack because once Atraxa was sacrificed she was no longer a legal target.

Misclicks suck, but bugs they are not.

I understand that, I don't understand why it thought that when I clicked once on my opponent and then once on Atraxa. It could be that my mouse is going and that it didn't register the first one and double clicked the second but I am just not sure otherwise how it happened that way.
