Resolved/Answered Borrowed card becomes blocked

Hello
i was borrowing cards from some source. Now i want to return those cards. But it is not possible.
Yesterday i was playing trial commander chalenge with those cards, chalenge is over, i already got prize, but i cannot move with those cards. I am not in league not in eny match. Can u please help me to unlock those cards?
If u need any help do not hesitate to contact me.

i add as attachment picture. U can see at those card(cards i cant move with them) with red number 1. Others dont get this red value.

You'll need to file a ticket with help.mtgo.com and explain the problem. They'll probably want to know the Event number you were in that locked the cards so they can unlock them.

And can u give me ETA of fixing it?
i already reported it, but they cant say how long it will take

Firedrake does not work for daybreak. He was just trying to help. Please ping in the ticket for help we cannot help with account issues here.

This is a known issue and they are prioritizing tickets like yours.
