It looks like effects like Gitrog's "Whenever one or more land cards are put into your graveyard from anywhere" incorrectly trigger off nontoken creatures dying while Ashaya is out, making them land creatures while on the field.
Abilities worded with “graveyard from anywhere” will trigger specifically from the graveyard, where the creature no longer is a land and thus shouldn't trigger Gitrog.
This interaction occurred in Event#254877575, game#822502106. The game ended in a mtgo crash so I'm not sure if it'll be available for review, however.
