Artwork not loading properly

I have recently moved a few days ago and switched to a new ISP. It is taking a long time to load card, deck, and store art. I left it running for 8 hours and it still didn't finish loading the card art in my collection. I port forwarded, turned on/off VPN, and changed the DNS both on windows and the router. I also messed with a bunch of windows settings that customer support had me try out on top of reinstalling the client. I am running windows 10 with all of the updates.

My internet speed is 10x faster than before, but it's taking forever to load the card art unless I manually put them in a deck one by one. As far as I'm aware Vexus Fiber says they block copyrighted content. I was told to bug report here because customer support sent me here after going through their troubleshooting steps. I'm not sure if this was caused by a client update during my move, or by my ISP.
