Confirmed Annihilator 4 not coming into effect when attacking twice in a row

During 8 and turn 9 when I attacked with Kozilek Annihilator never triggered. I had tried to use Mirage Mirror to make a copy of it forgetting that its a legendary creature and then clicked the wrong copy of Kozilek to keep so I undid my mistake. Could this have caused annihilator not to trigger? thank you!

The only other thing I can think that happened is "Dasjo" had Baird, Steward of Argive that forced me to pay mana costs for attacking creatures so maybe that causes annihilator to not trigger even though i paid the mana costs?

Do you happen to have a screenshot of the log showing that Kozilek, Butcher of Truth was declared as an attacker, but the Annihilator 4 trigger didn't go off? I've tried in testing, but the trigger always goes off even if I partially pay for Baird, Steward of Argive's tax and go back and forth with making the client back itself up trying to trip the client up.

Thanks for the screen shots. Your log clearly shows attacking with Kozilek, Butcher of Truth without ever mentioning the attack trigger, and I don't see anything in play that would cause it to not trigger. Screen shots showing incorrect behavior will be much more useful for the dev team than my tests failing to replicate the bug.
