More Info Needed "Allow Chat From Only Buddies" Not Working Properly

As it is now clicking the "Allow Only Buddies" option in the chat options still allows anyone to send you messages, it just removes the chat window for you.

I would hope that in least in 1v1 matches, it could be fixed so that choosing this option removes the chat window for BOTH players so that messages can indeed only be sent from buddies.

I understand this wouldn't work in multiplayer and that's fine. But it would be nice to see it working properly in 1v1.

I would just again like to clarify that the "Allow Only Buddies" option is literally no different than simply closing the window on your end and in that sense it doesn't really do anything at all and doesnt seem to be working as intended.

I would really like to be able to play games without commentary or chatting and having the option to disable the opponent from seeing a chat window at all. And it would greatly enhance my playing experience if I could do this.
