I have done a fresh installation of Windows 10. This does not correct the behavior. It appears to be an issue with multi-processor handling. We have 4 physical machines who can only run 1 instance of Magic Online at 100%.

I'm hoping that @MTGO_TonyM or someone on their team would be able to shed some light on the situation.

I did the same total fresh installation of Magic Online as well. No resolve.

I want to share some additional information to the post. It took approximately 30 minutes from launch to close. Once MTGO closed, the CPU utilization went from 100% solid back down to normal 1% idle. Please advise.

As of 8/26/2023 the reinstall continues to plague us. We are up to date on all windows updates. Sorry for the weekend news, I empathize with bug hunters.

As of today, 8/19/2023 - This resolution did not correct the reinstallation behavior. All Windows 10 machines have been updated and rebooted. Reinstallations continue to occur. Please advise.

@Angeliana, would it be possible if @YourBestFriend enters into a league with the cards that they are reporting as bugged, record a video of the interaction, and provide that to you? If it is still bugged as being reported, refund the entry and hunt down the issue more?

When I press enter (send) on a new message from me to another player, there is a sound notification. When they reply to me, I hear nothing. There is no sound for new message notifications.

I'd like to report a very odd behavior on my computer with regards to the load time of MTGO. Fresh installation of Magic Online. Log in. It takes around 20 seconds to have the [LOADING MAGIC ONLINE] window disappear. I do not click on any of the menu options, close MTGO by hitting the [X] in...
