Had the issue two times in Commander games with four players (can't recall the game ID). When a player has 7 or more cards in hand and a Sheoldred, the Apocalypse is in game and a Windfall or Dark Deal is cast, the game breaks when all the Sheoldred triggers shall go on the stack.
