I know, it's quite underwhelming having paid money and being new, but being absolutely unable to play the game. Anyway, support has reached out to me and said that apparently nobody is able to open any kind of sealed product and they are working on it.

Hello, the client doesn't let me open either the "New account starter kit" nor the "Account upgrade kit", does anyone know why? is there a solution?
