If you play Library of Leng and cycle Vizier of the Sands, first of all it let's you to place Vizier on top of your library (when you shouldn't because it's a cost not an effect) but it doesnt' matter if you discard it or place it on top of your library it won't let you untap a permanent.

I was playing Tireless Tribe vs MonoR Kuldotha. Every time tried to cast Hydroblast to counter a Kuldotha Rebirth or a Bushwhacker I could choose the option to counter but couldn't click con the Cast button.

Hi! I was playing with Tireless Tribe against Qu4 with MonoR Kuldotha in Pauper. When I tried to counter his Bushwhacker I couldn't press the Cast button (it appeared as not selected). That happened to me yesterday too. I can't choose Counter neither Destroy if a Bushwhacker is on the stack...
