    Make as many reports as you must and do not worry about annoying anyone! Player conduct patterns are helpful for Customer Support to determine if consequences are necessary. Each and every report is thoroughly investigated and if sanctions are necessary, they will be dished out.

    It is deemed "Unable to reproduce" as it cannot be reproduced on demand given the steps provided, which is why Tony requested repro steps. The more detail the user experiencing the issue can go into and provide, the better chance the issue can be reproduced on demand, the underlying problem...

    Please send a ticket into Customer Support asking them for investigation and reimbursement at https://help.mtgo.com. Login in the exact same as you do for the client, then click Submit a request in the top right corner of the webpage. They will get to your ticket once they come upon it in the queue.

    Declined weekly maintenance earlier in the day

    The maintenance yesterday was an Emergency Maintenance to fix an issue where sealed products (new player kits, boosters, treasure chest and such) could not be opened. It was not a "normal" maintenance.

    This is a visual issue - tiebreakers and places for 9th and below are frozen at end of Swiss and prizes are being paid by the system on those correct standings. The team is reviewing this.
